Are you put a password on your user interface on windows? if yes, i hope you don't forgot the password. Many people forgotten their password, so they can't log on to operating system and can't use computer. Password used for security computer, but its can be terrible if you forgot it.

But don't worry If you forgotten password , i'll give suggestion to fix the problem. Try this :
click log of and double Click Alt+ctrl+Del and write User:Administrator
and the segment pass empty, click OK.
You log in with user admin and you can change the pass.

Boot it up in safe mode and change the account settings in there.
When you boot up the computer press "F8" continually until it goes into safe mode and go from there.
