Are you seafood lover? Seafood is any sea animal or seaweed that is served as food or is suitable for eating, particularly seawater animals, such as fish and shellfish. In every country have unique seafood recipe that different with other country. For example is Japan seafood, this country have unique local seafood that was known as sushi. This cuisine is vinegared rice, usually topped with other ingredients, including fish, various meats, and vegetables. Outside of Japan, sushi is sometimes misunderstood to mean the raw fish itself, or even any fresh raw-seafood dishes. This annual event presented by The Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board (LSPMB) and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association). This event is one of America’s most prestigious culinary competitions.
